Last week, we attended the All New Mazda 2 Launch event in Melbourne. Mazda created four different displays of the Mazda 2, each with it’s own colour scheme. There was Black, Red, Aluminium and Electric Blue. Each display also represented the new features that have been installed into the All New Mazda 2 model. The car I shot with above is the Aluminium car, which represents the MZD connect feature in the Mazda 2. Basically, this is Mazda’s progressive in-car multimedia centre, which includes satellite navigation, text message connectivity, social media feeds and music streaming. Rather appropriate that the blogger shot in front of the social media display!
I love that Mazda is reaching out to a more style-conscious audience. The sleek, sporty design and key features make it hard to resist! Some of the features include:
- Voice command operation of the audio system, map display, mobile phone calls and music playlist
- 30% more fuel efficiency and 15% noise reduction
- Smart City Brake Support to help avoid low speed collisions
- Communication functionality to help you listen to your latest emails or social media notifications on the go
