We thought we’d share some inspiration with you on the new wave of braid trends coming through for 2015. We’re pretty much into our Australian Summer now, so braids are a stunning way to style the hair on those really hot days. The fishtail braid is still around, but as well as the side fishtail, we are also seeing them straight down the back. There are tons of tight corn-row style braids that create all sorts of up-dos or half up-dos. Our favourite being the side corn-row braid as seen on Marissa Webb. We are also loving the thick, messy side braid, another of Marissa Webb’s gorgeous hair styles. One of the braid trends we really must make mention of, is the centre part braid at Giambattista Valli. Although it may be a hard one to translate for wearing day-to-day, it truly is a beautifully artistic braided style for runway, which we adore!
